Meet the Team

  • Founder and President

    Known for his business ventures, has been featured in top business publications including Forbes, Inc., Franchising, and Entrepreneur. Kamran became partner of the first Edible Arrangements® in East Haven, Connecticut in 1999, to growing a global brand doing $600M in revenue with over 1300 stores worldwide in 13 years with his brother. In addition, he successfully integrated Berry Direct the exclusive distributor of dry goods to all franchises inside Edible Arrangements. Now, as the President of K Capital, Kamran uses his experience in real estate and entrepreneurship to identify investment opportunities.


  • Property Manager

    A charismatic people person and strong leader, Josh is an integral part of K Capital’s day to day operations and interactions with tenants. Josh is currently on course to help continue building a stronger portfolio through his knowledge of real estate and property management.


  • Vice President

    Taleb is an experienced and successful real estate executive, currently serving as Vice President and head of the real estate division at K Capital. He is responsible for all aspects of real estate investments and property management, including developing and executing strategies. With a proven track record of success, Taleb has driven impressive growth in our real estate portfolio and successfully negotiated complex transactions. His leadership and strategic vision have enabled K Capital to establish itself as a leader in the real estate industry.
